About the Distillery
Welcome to Lux Row Distillers
The newest addition to the Kentucky Bourbon Trail is coming: On May 2, 2016, Luxco’s Chairman & CEO Donn Lux and President & COO David Bratcher were joined by the Governor of Kentucky, Matt Bevin, as well as the Mayor of Bardstown, the Nelson County Judge and other state and city dignitaries to officially break ground on Lux Row Distillers.
The site we chose in Bardstown is truly special: Along with several barns, the 70-acre property includes an 18th-century stone house that will remain part of the distillery (and is registered as a National Historic Place), as well a long tree-lined driveway that will provide a scenic entrance to Lux Row. The 18,000-square-foot distillery will include six barrel warehouses, a visitor center, tasting room and event space.
Check back here often for the latest updates on construction, including new photos, videos and much more. We are excited to join the Bardstown community and invite you to join us in experiencing this exciting chapter in Luxco’s story.
