Sidecar
This cocktail is one of the most famous among the sour classics. While it is traditionally made with cognac, we prefer ours with bourbon.
INGREDIENTS:
2 ounces bourbon
.75 ounce lemon juice
.75 ounce triple sec
DIRECTIONS:
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
